• Account information: email address and hashed password
• Billing information: processed securely by Stripe (we never store card numbers)
• Usage data: message counts, session metadata, API call timestamps
• Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, and access logs for security purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Monitor usage against plan limits
• Send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts)
• Detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access
• Improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns

3. Message Content

WhatsRB Cloud acts as a relay for WhatsApp messages. We do not read, store, or analyze the content of your messages. Message content is transmitted directly between your application and WhatsApp's servers. We only store metadata (message IDs, timestamps, delivery status) required for the Service to function.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Infrastructure providers — for hosting and delivering the Service
• Law enforcement — only when required by law or valid legal process

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Message metadata is retained for 90 days for debugging and analytics, then permanently deleted. Upon account deletion, all your data is removed within 30 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), scoped API keys, and isolated session storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to data processing

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
