Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using WhatsRB Cloud.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WhatsRB Cloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WhatsRB Cloud provides a hosted API for sending and receiving WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp Web protocol. The Service includes API access, webhook delivery, session management, and related developer tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited messages; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on third-party rights; distribute malware or harmful content; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; exceed your plan's rate limits through circumvention.
5. WhatsApp Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and acceptable use policies. WhatsRB Cloud is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. Violation of WhatsApp's policies may result in your WhatsApp account being banned, for which WhatsRB Cloud bears no responsibility.
6. Plans & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Plan upgrades take effect immediately. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (WhatsApp Web protocol) which may change without notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by WhatsApp protocol changes, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
8. Data & Content
You retain ownership of all data you transmit through the Service. We do not read, sell, or share the content of your messages. We store metadata (timestamps, delivery status, message IDs) necessary for the Service to function.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall WhatsRB Cloud be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except as required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
